Barber Motorsports Park (Birmingham, Leeds area)
- Head out toward Leeds for the races! This nearly 900-acre park features a 16-turn road course nearly two and a half miles long, which features racing events ranging from motorcycles to Formula 1. It even is a site for the famous 24 Hours of Lemons! There are also exhibition events, with races featuring vintage automobiles. Be sure to take time to visit the adjacent Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum.
Bartow Arena (Birmingham, UAB campus)
- This is the place to catch UAB Blazer basketball. Bartow is also used for concerts, and for many UAB graduation ceremonies.
Legacy Arena (Birmingham, downtown)
- Once the home of the Birmingham Bulls (can you tell your site admin likes hockey?), Legacy Arena is now home to the Birmingham Squadron. It also hosts high school basketball tournament games, and has even been the site of some indoor tennis matches, and even tractor pulls!
Protective Stadium (Birmingham, downtown)
- Protective is the home of UAB football, and the Birmingham Stallions. The location is perfect for people visiting the city – with hotels and an entertainment district just steps away. Protective also hosts concerts featuring top touring musicians.
